Fork Yeah Labs LLC is committed to making The Reel Sheet usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The Reel Sheet is partially conformant: most of the site meets Level AA, and we test regularly, but some areas have not yet been fully verified with every assistive technology.
What we have done
- Semantic page structure with landmarks, one main region per page, and a skip-to-content link.
- Logical heading order on every page.
- Accessible names on buttons, icon-only controls, form fields, and links.
- Full keyboard operability, with visible focus indicators.
- Color contrast meeting AA for text and interactive controls, in both light and dark themes.
- Tap targets sized for touch use on phones and tablets.
- Status and progress messages announced to screen readers during long-running work.
- A built-in “Read page aloud” control that speaks page content using your device’s speech engine.
- Automated accessibility testing (axe, WCAG 2.0/2.1 A and AA rules) across all public pages, currently with zero reported violations.
Known limitations
- Complex authoring areas — the Writers’ Room, script diff views, and generated budget tables — are dense and have not been fully manually tested with every screen reader. Some generated documents may be more difficult to navigate.
- Exported PDFs and PowerPoint files are generated from tool output and may not be fully tagged for accessibility. We can supply an alternative format on request.
- Third-party components (payment checkout hosted by Paddle) are outside our direct control, though we choose vendors with accessibility support.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us and we will respond within 5 business days and work to resolve the issue. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you use.

Assessment approach
The Reel Sheet is evaluated through automated testing with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules on every public page, plus manual keyboard testing of primary flows. We re-test when we ship significant interface changes. Manual screen reader testing of the advanced authoring tools is ongoing.
